What is the proper punishment for someone who lectures you about screaming in peoples faces?

If you are screaming in people's faces you need at least a good lecture.  Punishment of some sort would be better.

Kiss them on the lips.  full force, I mean get into it.  Only do this if they are of the same s*x as you are though.

If they are of opposing s*x, bit their nose, hard.

Should there be one?  I think screaming in people's faces deserves a lecture.  Maybe a little talking to if you are under the age of 8,but defiantly a lecture if you are this age or over.
