  1. As if they are employees - how else? Without customers/guests the employee doesn't have a job.


  2. i dont belive in kissing the a** of every customer - after all we are all human and all going to die no matter how much money we have so no one treated differently.....but they are there for dinner/service so thats what you give them.....be friendly and calm and collected....go with the flow, coz theres nothing worse than an underconfident waiter that you ahve to feel sorry for

  3. With genuine courtesy.  Serve their needs graciously.  That's what you' re there for.

  4. Polite, courteous and cooperative......never rude or obnoxious........employees in service industry are there to serve customers and that is what they should do.....
