Also, should they be called "Your Excellency" or "Your Highness?" Which might a cat prefer? I don't wish to offend our great feline masters.

  1. "Your Majesty" usually.

And you should prostrate yourself face first on the ground.

  2. A slight bow is preferred, for if you bow too low, they will jump

on your head and try to wrestle it from your neck, causing them great guilt, albetit with a sly grin on the side. Most are

extremely impressed if you can call them by their Egyptian

names, but will accept "Sir Mouse-a-lot or "Lady Aloofia".

One should always keep fresh sardines in a handbag or

wallet as a token of your esteem and present them on a

small, tasteful plate decorated with hieroglyphics. If these

requirements are duly met, you will be rewarded with the

high honor of scratching them at the bottom of their tail.

  3. While presenting their food bowl to their majesties, of course!

  4. When in close proximity, at the knees.

Either greeting is acceptable as long as it's done in a soft, high-pitched tone.

  5. I call mine Chairman Meow.

  6. "Your Excellency" will do, and don't forget to grovel and kiss her paws as well.

  7. You don't have to bow, just tug your whiskers.

  8. Be sure you bow low enough so that their head is higher than yours.  And if you bring catnip, all the better.  :-p

  9. I don't think you can ever bow the right way to a cat. They are just to Royal.

But that great Catnip might help from them beheading you?

  10. So long as you bring food and kneel they will be Ok I think.

  11. i should say 'my highness'.

  12. I prefer "Your Royal Excellency Most High"

  13. Mine allow me to get by with a small curtsey, as long as I bring Pounce catnip flavored snacks.

  14. Ladies always curtsy deeply and address cat royalty as, 'Your Royal Feliness'.

Afterwards, you offer them catnip presented to them on a velvet pillow.

  15. MY two are even lucky I let them in the house...let alone refer to them as "Royalty"

    Now My Cockatoo:

    She is a Princess....lol
