What is the proper way to dispose of styrofoam packing forms?

I have a few styrofoam packing forms laying around the house from a new TV I purchased and I was wondering if there is a better way to dispose of them besides putting them in the trash.

  1. it can be recycled go to www.earth911.org to find a local drop off location
