What is the proper way to take off eye makeup?

i have a liquid that i put on a cotton ball, but for some reason i never get all the mascara and eyeliner off. what am i doing wrong?

Maybe the remover you are using is just a bad one.

Avon has a great cream Eye Makeup remover that takes off all my eye makeup.

I've also heard good things about Almay's remover.

Yuo should still use it...but...after that yuo should wash yuor face with OLAY products like...OLAY Hydrate & Cleanse...it removes make up but...it also energizes yuo for the day..and balances yuor skins  moisture level...but i use this at night...and their is OLAY Defenity...highly defined anti-aging

Your doing nothing wrong its just your eye make-up remover may not be very good with mine i have to use it twice boots botanics soothing eye make-up remover is good and cheap benefits gee that was quick is really good but is kind of expensive.

I use Neutrogena products to remove all my makeup it works great!

I use make up remover wipes then wash my face following it to make sure I remove all my make up...

It never works that way for me either. Basically I both use makeup remover and wash my face with dove. For me the only way to get it all off is use dove on my eyes twice in the shower and then when I get out use a Q-tip with Revlon eye makeup remover to get whatever is left off.

Sometimes I get a q-tip and put a lil bit of face wash on it and rub it on my eyelid just b e careful not to get any in you eye

to get eye liner off i found the best way to do so is with a q-tip, and just over ur eye lashes a few more times with a clean cotton ball and more of ur makeup remover.
