Do you personally tip the cashier when you cash a ticket that puts you in profit?

Are you supposed to tip the person walking around taking the bets on the portable machines, even if you don't win money?

Thanks for any insight, I usually tip a few bucks if I've cashed anything that puts me in profit for the day. But I do not tip if I have waged more than I've won.

I was just curious, about what others do. Thanks.

  1. I don't run my bets through the tellers (use the machines) so I don't feel I am obligated to tip. If I make a substantial sum in profit ($500 or more), I usually tip the teller a $20 when I walk out.

  2. WHAT DO THEY GIVE ME WHEN I DON'T WIN......

DON'T TIP UNLESS YOU HAVE TO PAY THE

    I.R.S. FOR A NICE HIT.......

  3. if I win, I usually give the ticket person a buck or two....depends on how much I win......good luck
