What is the ps2 or ps1 game with two female agents?

I played a game on playstation 2 and 1 a long time ago that has two female agents who go on missions. one had black hair and the other had blonde hair. they worked together on different mission. its been so long since i've played it and i can't remember the name. i want to see if there is a third version of that game.

the game is called (cy girls) they are shooting at robots in blowing them up it is for the ps2 i hope this helped you out alot cause i have not played it for about 5 months :)ava06

You probably mean fear effect 2: retro helix.

The original fear effect only had 1 woman as one of the playable characters (the other two were guys).

The blonde woman didn't show up until Fear effect 2 (which was actually a prequel).
