What is the punishment for breaking the six month provisional license rule in oregon?

in oregon there is a rule for teen drivers that u cant drive w/ someon under 20 for six months after you get youre license if you are 16-17 but everyone does it. what is the punishment for breaking this rule? Has this happened to you?
