  1. reckless endangerment

  2. IT DEPENDS WHAT STATE THAT YOU ARE IN BECAUSE OUT HERE IN IN. IT WOULD BE CALLED RECKLESS DRIVING AND THE FINES ARE UP TO $8,000.00 AND 3 YEARS IN JAIL, OR YOU COULD BE PUT ON PROBATION IN ORDER FOR IT NOT TO GO ON YOUR DRIVING RECORD AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A LOT FOR THE TICKETS AND YOU CAN'T BE PULLED OVER FOR A YEAR OR SO IT DEPENDS ON YOUR PROBATION.

  3. It depends on your local laws.  But around here, I know that any citations in a construction zone double, and when you're talking 45mph OVER the posted speed, you can bet on one thing no matter where you live...

    It will be expensive!

  4. Everything is dependent. For this you will go to court im sure depending on state. Um some things you could be charged with. Reckless driving, endangerment, attempted man slaughter, speeding. There are a lot of things they can get you with. Depends on what the DA wants to do. They can offer you deals if they want. But be ready to get your *** paddled. Cause they can get you. Thats a big deal.

  5. You don't say where you live but here in Texas you'll basically break the bank. There's a basic fine for speeding then $10 a mile once you get past 15 miles over the speed limit. When it's in a work zone that automatically is doubled. You'd probably be pretty close to $1000 here.

  6. double of a speeding ticket..depends where city your are in in la i think its like 285 for speeding over the limit..your lucky you didn't go 100 if not you would have gotten your car taken away and impound, and double because it was a construction site.

  7. I think it varies from state to state...more than likely you'll get reckless driving, which can be expensive.

  8. worst case banned for a couple of months best case 5 points and a big fine but will depend on the circumstances and the length of time you have held a licence for if under 2 years then a ban is looking like a good bet a huge fine and a re test when you get your licence back (about a year)
