What is the purchasing power of the US Dollar in Belarus ?

I'm not asking about what the exchange is between currencies but does your dollar go far in this Country as far as purchasing power goes ? Thanks in advance.

You may get more for your dollar after your visa application has been approved, but actually most western Europeans do not have much experience with that country, since you still need a visa for travelling, and the majority of people prefer to go to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania instead.
