  1. The pinecone you are talking about is like a seed(s) of a pine tree. The pinecone that you see everyday produces the seeds and a pollen cone fertilize it. Which makes more pine trees.

  2. they have the seeds of the tree in them. So the tree can reproduce.

  3. Pinecones are an other way of mother nature to say "when life gives you ****, use a pinecone!"

  4. The pine cone can be used in the fireplace or in a campfire if you are camping. Believe it or not, some animals do eat this hard object and love to chew on it. Even some dogs chew on it too. Finally, the seeds of the pine tree are inside it. Good Luck.

  5. Pine cones contain the seeds of the tree.  They shield the seeds so that animals that would eat them, such as birds, can not easily get to them.

  6. Nothing..Their only purpose is for kindergardeners to make ugle x-mas presents for their parents out of them

  7. To spread seeds to grow new trees.

  8. well, throw them at people. ;]

what else can you do with pinecones?

  9. pinecones carry the seeds of trees in them.
