What is the purpose of the media?

To make money? I think it is more than that. For instance, I have seen many polls online that say men like brunettes, especially more for marriage.

So why are blondes being shoved down our throats? If the media really wanted to cater to the demand of the public, shouldn't brunettes be considered the most desirable (which apparently they are.) I think the media portraying blondes as most desirable when they aren't is a calculated move to keep non-white women from being able to overtake the "most desired women" crown from white women. Non-white women can't really pull blonde hair. h**l, some white women can't even pull blonde hair and yet Barbie is shoved down are throats everyday. If it were to get out and it was brunettes that were represented by the media, that could include black, asian, latina or white women. By promoting blondes they are making all of the "most desired women" almost exclusively white. It's pretty sickening to me and I'm sick of it.

Do you agree with me about the media and my theory on the blonde supremacy?

  1. The purpose of the media is to influence your thoughts, speech, and personality. It tells you what to think, what to eat, who's s**y, what your morals should be, and all that.

You could actually say it's a form of brainwashing.
