What is the quickest and easiest way to start a foundation?

There is no quick, easy or non expensive way. I am in the process of creating a foundation and it is long, and difficult. If you truly desire to help, help an already existing foundation and then maybe one day you'll understand all the In's and outs and might be able to start one yourself.

There is no quick and easy way.  Start with your Secretary of State then go to the IRS website and get the paperwork from them you have to fill out.
