  1. I think your saying Illegal immigrant.... GET EDUCATED FIRST BEFORE GETTING MARRIED!!!

  2. i heard mars around this time is a beautiful place..

    lol europe!

  3. Vegas

quick easy and to the point

  4. You could always elop to Florida. Over here, all you need is a Photo Id and $100 for license, and $35 for ceremony at the Clerk of Courts...

Now, if you are trying to adjust their status as well, that would take a while. Took us 9 months to get approved Green Card, and almost $4K (application fees and lawyer)

To get married, google "marriage requirement in __(city,state)__"

    and "getting married in __(city,state)__"

    That's what I did.

The beauty in Florida was we only needed ID's. No blood tests or anything else. We had to wait 3 days to use the license, but that was it...

    Good Luck!

And Alien IS the correct term!!!! The only idiot here is the ignorant going around calling names without knowing what they are talking about!

  5. Proudly scream the marrige call of the alien at half past eleven and then a spaceship with miraculously appear out of the clear blue sky and they will suck you up with their powers of defying gravity. Then they will marry you there, course they will have to eat your eyes first. But its for love, so its all good.

  6. I think you should do it in the states. Just go to a court house and do it. There's nothing wrong or illegal about getting married.

And i don't agree with Latinqgirl. She is so insensitive and i think she needs to be deported. we don't need brain dead people, we already have enough in the government.

  7. What planet is he from? Vulcan's are the most logical choices but Klingon's are suppose to be great lovers.

    I should know I'm a Klingon myself

  8. I would say in.

When my Mum and dad got married (my Mum is Filipino) he had to bring her over to the UK where he lived, as she couldn't bring him over to the Philippines as he was classed as an alien and they cannot allow anymore citizens who are not Filipino in their country.

It all depends on where she is from.

  9. he is not saying illegal immigrant.  he is correct by using the term alien.  there is nothing illegal unless that person comes here illegally.

i think you are the stupid one.

as for your question, there is no quick way.  it will probably take about a year at least.  i am in the process myself with my wife who is also an alien.

    Check out this website  www.visajourney.com

good luck.  it will be a long long and frustrating experience but it is worth it in the end.

  10. It really depends on a few things . First where is your fiance , in the States or in her country ? My husband is from morocco and I went to Morocco and we got married there and it took almost two months to get the marriage license because there are so many signatures and stamps you need to get . Then we had to go to the police dept. for an interview , then to family court for an interview and then we were married in a short ceremony and later had a huge wedding party . When I got back to Texas I went to the courthouse and had my marriage certificate filed there .  Now We are waiting for him to get his Visa here and they said it will take anywhere from 6 months to a year since we are married for them to even look at his paperwork to get his his Visa and right now we have been apart for 7 months and still waiting . If you are not married it will take from 16 months to to three years to get a Visa .

Go to the USCIS web site and it will help you decide what you want to do in regards to your fiances Visa and your marriage . It would help if we knew where she was from . Good Luck and God Bless .
