There is no train starion at Marco Polo airport. The Santa Lucia station in Venice is not in Piazzale Roma. You would have to take a cab or bus to Mestre to get the train and then walk or take the vaporetto to Piazzale Roma from Santa Lucia.

There are boats from the airport to Piazzale Roma, but it's much slower.
