What is the quickest way to break in new goalie equipment?

I just bought enw hockey goalie equipment (pads, glove and blocker) what is the fastest and safest way to break them in. BTW i need them to be good to go in about two weeks.

use them, put them on and s***w around in your house or hold a practice and use them.

My boyfriend put his on and then just screwed around in his backyard with them like stretching and everything.

If you don't get to use it on the ice, i would say-

1. take your pads and squish them down, then tie them, you'll get a much better flex.

2. for your gloves, while you are watching tv or whatever, flex them, you don't even have to put your hand in it, just open and close the pocket.

do a lot of stretching and moving around in the pads. get comfortable in them. go down a lot and practice the butterfly. try going out and playing street hockey with the gear. dont go down with the pads on though, they will get worn out.
