  1. Get your dishwasher FIXED! If you do dishes too quickly you could break something, be considered lazy or you can leave food particles and that is just gross!

  2. I just line 'em up on the counter (all rinsed), wash them, stack them in the sink.. and then either air dry or towel dry them?

  3. It's quick, but not really.

Get them all organized and in the sink, including the cutlery.  Run super hot water in the sink...maybe half full.  Add your soap when you're getting close to turning the water off.  You want the dishes to soak in it for a bit so it can loosen any food off.

When you want to do the actually washing, run some cold water in to make it comfortable for your hands.  Having the stuff soaking while you do other things makes them much easier to clean, and gets the cutlery cleaner too.  That's the biggest peeve - if those aren't clean...YUK!

  4. Call in the dog

  5. that's a funny question to ask :-) sounds like you've never washed the dishes before :-)

  6. Fill up one side of the sink with soapy hot water. You can add a splash of bleach to disinfect. Let soak for a couple of minutes. Get a scotch-brite pad. I love the blue no scratch ones. Just start scrubbing away until you're done. If you do it after every meal and don't allow the dishes to get all stacked up, you can do them in 20 minutes for a family of 4 and that's including the pots and pans you cooked in.

  7. wash, rinse, stack, dry.......

  8. have one wash and the other dry. or just let your dishes drip dry

  9. get a dishwasher..

  10. fill one side with soapy water and wash them all.then rinse on the other side.

  11. Definitely double teaming is the answer. One person scrubs, then the other person drys and then the both of you put the stuff away.

I also find the scrubber with the soap in the handle works the best for me. That way your not constantly squirting out the dove.

  12. 1) do a quick wash by hand.  Get some dish washing soap and do a gentle wash on your dirty dishes.  (To get the food off)

    2) Boil a kettle of water.  Take that boiling water and gently pour it over each dish to give it that final "clean."

If you want you can also turn on your tap to EXTREMELY hot water and do the same thing.

  13. get 2 people, one washes while the other dries

  14. imagine theyre not there

or if you really have to, you could get one of those long pressure hoses that are fixed above the sink
