  1. Lifting, long toss, and Wheaties.

  2. Concentrate on full movement and maximum force coming back (from "c**k-ed" through the release) - use your fingers max through the release (finish it off strong!). Wrist curls (for forearms/fingers), biceps, triceps, deltoid (shoulder), pec, and ab exercises will help - high rep/low weight.

I tied for longest softball throw in my H.S. with someone who wound up playing major league ball. He was also tall - long arms - 99 yards was our distance. BTW: This would probably be an ideal way to gain speed. It's the same idea (different aim, but that could help you too, throwing from a different perspective), and you would have your distance achievements as a goal to try and beat. Distance=speed. If you have a football field that you can use, you're pretty well set up. Use the pitcher's stance and form to throw.

  3. just practice, thats all u gotta do, push yourself throw faster, even though your mechanics are good u gotta keep trying to make them better and better.

  4. I always thought it was mechanics that made the most difference.  Also since you are 15 you will grow naturally stronger over the next few years so the ball should speed up even if you change nothing.  Find a good pitching coach (in your summer league or at school) who can help you with your mechanics.  If they are already perfect, then you won't get much more velocity no matter what you do.
