What is the quietest pencil sharpener?

I am looking for a quiet classroom pencil sharpener. One that will not create a huge disturbance every time one of my students sharpens their pencil. I want a manual sharpener, not electric. Thanks for your upcoming advise.

there is this green pencil sharpener on ebay m friend says it is the best one they have ever bought manual or electric reg. pencils or colored. I believe they said by classroom friendly supplies on ebay
