I think United Kingdom Lottery Inc is a big Fraud even you buy a ticket or not. they use both scams to rub people one is done with goverment backing and one with out their backing. e-mails to privet e-mail are done by indevidules in lottery with out the backing of the goverment. who knows the goverment might be involved in e-mails scams too. if the goverment is not involve why dont they stop those e-mail scams why are they alowing indevidules to buy our address from scured compnies. i have written a book on lottery and slot machines work. they are all scams.
