  1. Probably the delivery guy who is making minimum wage, gets charged out of his pocket.


  2. You get the pizza for free, it's just a cute gimmick for you to attend to matters in 30 minutes or less

  3. In the past, perhaps 15 years ago or more, Domino's used to have a "30 minutes or its free" pizza delivery policy. But, I believe that there were too many accidents and incidents of drivers speeding since the "free" pizza was (at least partially) deducted from their pay as penalty - so the company discontinued the policy. But the 30 minute delivery is still Domino's goal.
