What is the "end time" on an item on ebay?

Will I still be able to buy this item after the time has expired?

the end time is the time that the auction will stop and u will not be able to buy that item anymore. unless that person is selling a bunch of them or noone bought it and he has it set to auto relist.

When it's not listed anymore. You can always search for another seller, or if you prefer a certain seller, contact that person and see if he/she still has stock of the item.
