What is the "most recommendations" award in Namiss?

I never really understood the most recommendations part of the namiss pageant. Can someone clarify?

before the pageant you get a chance to recommend people to do the pageant, so you get a sheet were you can fill out your friends, realtives and neighbors names and addresses so that next year they will be sent information about the pageant. And you want to recommend alot of people because thats what the award is all about! :)

Well it's about the girl that gets a lot of people to sign up for the pageant for the folowing year. You can get your friends, relatives, and many other people to sign up. This competion is free too. You'll also get a nice trophy!!!
