What is the "normal/cotten" cycle on a washing machine, and when should it be used?

  2. A 'normal/cotton' cycle would be for everyday fabrics and those that can stand up to a regular wash cycle.

  3. Normal and cottons are for those garments otherwise known as jeans, that you like so much, and other things like underwear, etc... Other tightly woven knit fabrics made out of cotton use this cycle too. Towels are definitely washed on this cycle.

    Use the permanent press and delicate cycle for your nicer clothes. My boyfriend doesn't know how to wash clothes either, so don't feel bad. As for a teen website for doing laundry...I have not seen one
