  1. It reflects how much you have earned in rewards credit.  Everytime you use your card you probably get "points" or "rewards credit".  It's a way of Target thanking you for shopping with them.


  2. ~~The points accumulate and then you earn gift cards for Target Shopping. I can't remember how many points need to accumulate, but at a point you earn a card. Go to www.target.com and look under their credit card link, it explains it.~~
