What is the "stuffed bell pepper" dish called in spanish? I need to know for a project for school.

aren't they chile rellenos? oh, maybe not i think those are made w/poblano peppers....but they're green!

Bell pepper = Pimiento

So stuffed bell pepper is "pimiento relleno" The traditional mexican dish is made with chile poblano and it is called "Chile relleno"
