  1. multiply the diameter by 3

  2. half

    the

    diameter.

    idk why you wasted 5 points, google could have told you that.

  3. Its half the diamater

  4. Roughly the radius = the diameter divided by 2

  5. The radius of a circle is the length of the line from the center to any point on its edge.

    radius= circumfrence / 2 pi

    radius = diameter / 2

  6. 3.14x d/2

  7. To find the circumference it's pi * diameter

    So if you know the circumference and pi (3.14159265...) is always the same put them into the equation.

    You need the diameter on it's own so divide the circumference by pi, then as the diamter is double the radius divide it by 2.

    Hope that helps

  8. The radius of a circle is the distance from the center of the circle to any point on the circle.

  9. it is half the diameter

  10. The radius of a circle is the length of the line from the center to any point on its edge. The plural form is radii (pronounced "ray-dee-eye"). In the figure above, drag the orange dot around and see that the radius is always constant at any point on the circle.

    Sometimes the word 'radius' is used to refer to the line itself. In that sense you may see "draw a radius of the circle". In the more recent sense, it is the length of the line, and so is referred to as "the radius of the circle is 1.7 centimeters"
