  1. The most rainy state in México is Tabasco (located in southeast México), they have over 3'000 milimeters of rain fall.

But, as someone said, in th most of México the rainy season is in summer, for example where I live we have 550 milimeters of rain, but those fall mostly in two month only. The northeast extreme of México (Tijuana, Mexicali; Baja California State) has the rain season in winter (as in California)

  2. Tabasco would be a very straightforward answer considering the state is mostly swamps and tropical forest. It's like stating Lousiana has a heavy rainfall for the same reason.

However, even semi desertic regions in central Mexico get a lot of rain. In Mexico City we get a lot of rain, last year we barely even saw sunlight most of the year. By the time it was december I suddenly remembered what sunlight felt like.

  3. rainforest in Chiapas, and Tabasco

  4. See site below and read 4th paragraph under "climate."  The state of tabasco has the most rain in Mexico.  I live in the state of Veracruz, on the Gulf coast, north of Tabasco.  The rainy season is June July and August.  It rains very heavily every day...but not All day...usually in the afternoon.  This is typical of tropical and sub-tropical areas.  I don't believe there are any areas where there is no sunshine.
