it depends on the standard although it's not going to be astronimical...

BTW, 20km from the city centre of Sydney is really out in the suburbs like way past Burwood in the West, Manly in the North.

I would say no more than 400pw.

I own a 2 bedroom unfurnished unit in Alexandria and I get $450 per week for it at the moment.

Around Ashfield, Burwood, Enfield, Croydon Park, Campsie, or anywhere in the inner west, for a small but fully furnished place, about $200. Places in the innerwest are about 10-15kms away from the City.
