What is the rarity of a child being born with one blind eye and one good eye?

I do not know the statistics.  However, you only need vision in one eye to drive believe it or not.  You do not even have to have 20/20 vision either.  Pretty scary stuff!

I dont know but my friend has that! And she's fine it does not really affect her, you can't tell that she has one blind eye. The onloy thing is she cant learn to drive.
