What is the rate of alcoholism in the USA compared to other countries in the world. I don't mean amount of alcohol consumed, but alcohol addiction/dependency. Links to your sources would be appreciated. Cheers! (pun intended)

  1. higher than amsterdam, I know that much.....

  2. This pisses me off. How is alcohol legal and marijuana not legal. Someone high on weed doesn't feel like going home and beating the **** out of their wife/girlfriend like someone would on alcohol. If marijuana, h**l, drugs in general were legal domestic violence and crime in would plummet past the altitude of my d**k. Would you rather have a government handing out drugs (and treatment/abuse treatment) to someone for free rather than spending billions in the legal system and locking them up for going out to your house and robbing you/killing you/ raping your family, your kids, your wife for money to support their habits? If it were up to me I'd choose the legality of every drug. Why are American law makers a bunch of r****d a******s and forget the fact that prohibition does not work? I know why..... This drug war is a scam. Its all about following the green people, get used to it America.

  3. let me visit USA they I will survey and give you answer.

  4. higher than everywhere. Starts with binge drinking in high school and college. The only uptight f*****k i n g country that has a high drinking age. Look at all the DUI's and alcohol related deaths every year. Go to any foreign country, and you can always pick out the American tourists; obnoxiously drunk and vomiting at will.

This is what happens when idiots have power.

  5. Pretty bad here in America, maybe worse in England and Ireland.  The Scottish drink whiskey straight so that's not good.  Then you have stereotypical, yet true problems among Native Americans with alcoholism.  The average Native American on a reservation has a life expectancy of 48.

Now lets turn to Mexico, they have an even worse problem.

  6. I'm too drunk to answer

  7. No idea but i bet they're way behind the Indians (Asian). Went there last summer and was shocked. They drink cheap and probably lethal spirits like it's water. You see all these little back street beer shops surrounded by tons of people buying this stuff for like £1 a bottle. Tried it once and pretty sure you could send a rocket to the moon with the stuff.
