  1. Crime is there in it, for domestic consumption and for export, particularly amongst  the well to do. Half of murders and kidnappings and rapes in Delhi are committed by people who may claim to be Delhiites but with roots in United Provinces of Agra and Oudh, at times with an odd Punjabi thrown in. Basically these people lack anything like respect for law (law is for fools; I cradle law in my own hands). Obsessed with personal safety and a paranoia that the other fellow is out to kill him, they follow only age-old feudal customs, as time froze for them in sixteenth century. Violence is in their blood contrary to what the Indians trumpet from the roof tops that 'Indians are non-violent who believe in peace'. The handful of elite there are blissfully blind to this situation and couldn't be bothered. Thanks to God, for at last the jinx that the Pardhan Mantree (PM) is always from You Pee (That is democracy I was told), is broken!
