What is the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to water to whiten your teeth?

Like idk... 1 tsp hydrogen peroxide to ____ tsp of water or however much you put in of each. And does h/p taste bad? And is it toxic? How long do you gargle for and how many times a day? Will the results last?

leave your teeth alone, most dentist do not whiten their teeth, so why are you doing it. you may end up with serious sensitivity issues. so take my advice, leave your teeth alone, because i am sure your teeth aren't stained and ugly looking.
