If smoked 1 bowl how long would it be detectable in my system?

AS oppose to 1 joint or smoking for for 3 days straight?

I don't think one hit from the bong on friday will make you fail a drug test on monday. So there must be a way to measure the length of time and amount of THC that is detectable in a UA?

Light smoker or acute dosage 1-3 days

Moderate use (4x / week) 3-5 days

Heavy smoker (daily) 10 days

Heavy, chronic use (5+ joints/day) 10-21+ days
