What is the realtor lock box code?

Are all the codes the same? I live in california if that matters, in bay area. I know the last letter ends in a W. Because when i go to my aunts house thats what its always left on

  1. Lock box codes are confidential only the agent should know the code.


  2. every code will be different according to what the realtor wants to set it as there is a slight chance that some may have the same code but the odds of you finding one that has the same code well lets just say you have a better chance to hook up with jessica alba

    In some areas where there is a combination dial, there are generally only 4-5 different codes, each varies with which company they were bought from and at what time period.

    For those that have not key pad or dial, a little remote is pointed at them to release the key and these are electronic (which are the safest ones around) each realtor is assigned a remote, and has a code he/she keys in, that lets the box know that person is the right one to be using the remote and opens the box.

    There are a few that have numbers/a key pad on the lock box itself, and these are ALL different the person that owns the key box (the listing realtor) gets to set what these are.
