  1. Since most of the Earth is blue, there are some sort of thing up in the sky that reflects off of the ocean and it become blue. So it's just a reflection off of the ocean.

  2. due to the presence of water

  3. As we know that out planet is covered by ozone layer which protect us from U V rays. THIS OZONE GAS IS " BLUE" IN COLOR  , hence the  sky appears blue in color.

  4. This is caused by the reflection of the  light of the atmosphere.  When  sunlight falls on some object, the part of light gets absorbed and remaining gets reflected of the object. The colour of the object we get to see is the light that is not absorbed and is reflected of the surface of the object.  Similarly the sunlight when falls on atmospheric particles, the light gets scattered in to seven colours. The atmosphere reflects the blue colour and the remaining six colours are absorbed by the atmospheric particle. Hence the blue colour reflected by the atmospheric particles gives us the feeling that the sky is Blue.

  5. The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air.

However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions. It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue.

    Blue sky from scattered light

As you look closer to the horizon, the sky appears much paler in color. To reach you, the scattered blue light must pass through more air. Some of it gets scattered away again in other directions. Less blue light reaches your eyes. The color of the sky near the horizon appears paler or white.

  6. It floats. All the other colors are too heavy and sink to the ground.

  7. Very simple, in space its pitch black and the sun lightens the sky up and it apears blue,

  8. The blue color of the sky is caused by the scattering of sunlight off the molecules of the atmosphere. This scattering, called Rayleigh scattering, is more effective at short wavelengths (the blue end of the visible spectrum). Therefore the light scattered down to the earth at a large angle with respect to the direction of the sun's light is predominantly in the blue end of the spectrum.

  9. well blue and violet have the shortest wavelengths in the ultraviolet spectrum. therefor they get scattered.

you wana know something interesting ?

since most animals eyes are more sensitive then ours , they see the sky as violet.

  10. Research? Use the internet?

  11. Well it's really easy to explain, but I'll give my best. ^^

The sun's rays contain various colors. On the way  to Earth they divide themself, the color is blue in the middle of a beam, this color is strongly. The atmosphere contains so as you know, air. The air reflects the bluish color and the sky appears blue.
