What is the reason for the change of moods along with the climatic change?

Besides the emotional issues such as people who love to swim being unable to do so in the winter, there are some physical issues.  Warm, humid weather makes it more difficult for a body to regulate temperature.  Overheating can have make someone feel sluggish and tired just like having a fever.  Low pressure can cause existing conditions involving inflammation to get worse because the lower pressure allows increased swelling.  Winter's shorter daylight hours and the general lower levels of sunlight can cause an imbalance of certain vitamins resulting in depression.

  2. people get used to the weather. if it has been cold for a while, then gets warm, the body isn't used to the warmth, so it has to re-adapt to the warm weather, and during the period of re-adaption, the body can go through many physical and emotional changes like achyness and mood changes.
