Somtimes I dance to express myself and show people that I am not afraid to express myself.

Sometimes I do it for fun with my friends.

I dance to express myself and emotions.  I also like choreographing and staging dances that take on social justice issues.  :)

Our body feels music and is just inclined to move to it its natural.. have you ever played music for a baby they dont know the concept of dance but they move to the beat

Different reasons, different moods.  I especially love it 4 exercise.  I like slow dancing with someone special.  When one of my favorite songs come on u just can't stop me from dancing!
