  1. I think it should be once a day.

    My friends,on the other hand,think it should be every other day if you use hot water,because of your pores opening up a lot.

  5. once a day! but i personally shower twice a day. i was born and raised in south america until i was 9. so i showered twice since it was so hot. once in the morning and once at night. that and its part of my culture! it helps me relax at night and wakes me up in the morning!

    As well, you need to shower after a work out or run (anytime you sweat more than normal) to prevent clogged pores and body odor.

  8. lol I suppose it depends on how active you are during the day. Hopefully enough so that you don't disturb people with your smell. I'd say once a day. Too much hot water is not good for your skin anyway, it dries it out. And we can't waste water.
