  1. I guess it depends on what you are storing. Ice cream does not store well at 0 degrees. Milk does not store well at 40 degrees. Soooo.........?


  2. You should keep your refrigerator at the recommended temperature for keeping milk which is 4 degrees C  40F

    A freezer however needs to be minus 18 to 20C  if you want to keep some meats for over 12 months.
