How many hundreds of miles can one person go before they stop?

The annual Race Across America is held every year. About 3000 miles and the winners usually do it in 8 or 9 days.  They usually go at least 24 hours and 400+ miles before they take a break.

Just last week, someone broke the record for consecutive hours on a stationary bike. About 177 hours! They estimated he rode about 2000 miles. He was allowed 5 minute breaks each hour and could accumulate his breaks.  He took a total of 12 hours and 40 minutes of breaks of which about 9 1/2 hours were for sleep.

Oh, just one lap... I don't really know. I know that someone rode around the world (excluding the water) and that when they did it, they crossed some huge amount of australia in a very short time.
