According to the well respected Baseball Almanc database the most in a single-game is 12 by Detroit and Chicago TWICE once on 5/28/95 and another time on 7/2/02.

The most in a double-header is 15 by Chicago and Milwaukee back on 5/30/56.

The most by a single team in a game is 10 by Toronto on 9/14/87

The most by a single team in a double-header is 13 by the Yankees on 6/28/39.
