What is the recovery time for occassional use of cocaine?

I have a friend who does cocaine every other weekend. My friend complains of lacking mental focus afterwards but wont take my advice not to do the stuff. The amount used at one time is about a heaping tablespoon. What is generally the maximum number of days needed before complete mental facilities are restored?

That's a lot. And if done for a couple months he is not gaining back his "complete mental facilities" in two weeks. It will take months if ever really being completely restored.
