What is the relation between environment and relief features?

Not too sure what you mean but...

the environment can influence relief by a process called weathering. Rain, snow, wind and cold weather tend to wear on topographical relief and work to flatten terrain.

if you mean a change in the environment I suppose there may be a change in relief by increasing the ocean level which makes everthing relatively lower.
