What is the relation between number of angle(tension) tower in overhead power line and OPGW cable ?

I want to know in overhead power line when we are going to install OPGW cable, is there any relation between the No of angle tower and the span length of OPGW cable ? or maybe there is no relation between them.

There is a maximum allowable pulling tension for most optical ground wires.  Each angle tower adds extra tension to the cable.  This is a complex analysis best left to the experts.
