  1. Codon  is a triplet  of  nucleotides  that  code  for  a  single  aminoacid. An  amino acid  can be coded  by  more  than  one  codon.polypeptide  is  a  chain  of  aminoacids.

  2. Codons are sequences in amino acids which occur every triplet of nucleotides in a nucleic acid sequence specifies a single amino acid.

Amino acids are  molecules containing both amine and carboxyl functional groups.A triplet codon specifies an amino acid.

Polypeptides are long chain amino acids formed from the linking, in a defined order, of α-amino acids. The link between one amino acid residue and the next is known as an amide bond or a peptide bond.

    Best Wishes :)

  3. Codons are sets of three base pairs (of the form AAA, ATA, ACG, etc.) that, when "read" by a ribosome, code for the production of a specific amino acid. As the ribosome reads the DNA strand, it links amino acids together to form polypeptides - chains of amino acids, or peptides, connected by peptide linkages which I would draw for you, but can't due to text limitations.
