What is the relevance of logic and philosophy to accountancy?

If you go the Kantian route, then being logical is crucial to the coherence of the self, and so to the accountability of a person.  Basically, if one is irrational and illogical, then they are unable to be a person who is accountable.  The idea is at heart that one is unable to be responsible for one's actions if one is not logical because one cannot constitute oneself as a being who is in line with the categorical imperative (which requires that we do things which can be generalized).

Well; accountancy as history would say needs the artist trained the Rockwell way, all other pieces are disfigured parts of abstract art as a butcher would have it no other way nor the cat scans of our day.
