  1. Which plane?

  2. Depends what plane, how much fuel is on board, what configuration its in, how much head wind, are the airvents open, the density of the air at the time, is the moon above the plane (gravity factor), How much baggage, how many passengers, how much does each passenger weigh, how much oil, what is the specific gravity of the oil, what is the specific gravity of the fuel, what is the throttle setting, did the people on board have lunch before boarding, how are the passengers dressed, did they ise the bathroom first, is it day time or night time (solar wind), last of all, did the pilot close his door propely (I got caught out once and aborted and it took ages to take off)?

  3. "mp/h"?

    --You mean "m/h"?

    Vs1.

  4. That depends on the weight of the plane, it's wing span and the power of it's engines'.

  5. depends on many factors, including the size of aircraft, wind direction and speed, the weight of the aircraft and many others, the takeoff speeds could range anywhere from 65 kts for a small cessna (or about 75 mph or 120 km/h) to around 180 knots for a Boeing 747 (or about 207 mph or 331 km/h)

  6. exactly what the guy above said, because some planes don't even need a take off speed, like the harrier jump jet.

  7. Some small aircraft like a Cessna 150 can lift off around 50-60mph.  Larger craft can require more speed on up to 100+ mph ( I don't do metric, sorry).

  8. there's many factors in determining a planes rotation speed. weight, air pressure. but to give you a perspective, a fully loaded 747 can safely takeoff at 180 knots.

  9. it depends on the type of acft

  10. It depends on the type of aircraft the smallest one that I fly rotates around 60 knots...but there are some that rotate around 150 knots.

  11. its different for every plane, and every different payload of that plane. also weather and altitude affect it
