What is the responsibility of the dad parent towards a 1-2 year old child?

My friends are parents but it seems that the burden falls somewhere else can anybody even experts please describe an ideal dad to a 1-2 yr old I mean what should he be doing???? Like diapers changing, showers, or what?

If your in a two parent home, that would be what the two of you can work on together.

Some mom want to do all the care themselves and Dad just provides the financial support. But in a healthy mom and dad relationship, the two of you need to come to your own terms of what can, and could work out for both of you two.

By talking with each other you'll also grow together in your relationship, and raise a great child.

there is no law, that says a dad cant change a diaper, some just dont, and if your ok with that , well that that. If your not ok with that and want or need him to do it some of the times, ask him. Maybe take turns like you take the odd days and he takes the even. Or you get the days and he gets the nights?

It your all's  life, start setting up the rules together.
