What is the result of using Homeopathy medicine after Episiotomy? How many patients get completely cure by it? Many people suggest Homeo medicine for the treatment of Episiotomy. But some people oppose it. Websites also gives contradictory information. So we became very confused. We need to verify it through evidence, authentic information, real and practical experience from the people- Doctors, physicians and patients. Can anybody give assurance that, Homeo medicine can 100% helpful and effective for any patient, who have full cut Episiotomy or any other major surgical operation? Is it safe for everybody, that no risk, no side affect? Is this medicine only for primary days after Episiotomy for pain reduction and infection prevention, or helpful in any time for ultimate recovery process? After 2 months, when the healing has already completed, only have little pain sometimes inside the affected area, have any need to take any Homeo medicine at this time to prevent future problems?

  1. An episiotomy is a simple, surgical in the perineum area, which is just a couple layers of skin.  Why would someone need a homeopathic for this?  It's just a couple of stitches to assist in childbirth and a light, thin scar results from this.  Homeopathic cannot help prevent the future need for another episiotomy.  The skin needs to be stretched and you can do this by lightly rubbing a bit of olive oil in the area, inserting two fingers, and gently pulling down to increase the opening.  Again, not something that homeopathic can do! lol  (are you new at childbirth?)  I have had five children and only one episiotomy requiring two stitches.  Didn't need it for the rest of the kids.

  2. Hello again, Joe,

I speak not only as a homeopathic practitioner, but as a woman / homeopathic patient who was herself under the care of a certified homeopath (who also happened to be a Family Nurse Practitioner) for many years, prior to attending a homeopathic college to competently offer homeopathy to offers. Most homeopaths entered the field after their own "miraculous" cures, unabated by any other healing modality, whether conventional or alternative.

Healing, regardless of modality (homeopathy, acupuncture, conventional medicine, etc.) depends upon many factors, beginning with the prior health of the individual under treatment, as well as her genetic soil. Regardless of when a health problem first occurred, homeopathy facilitates the best possible return to health, given these factors.

Given your faith in conventional medicine, albeit interest in helping your wife best heal, you might be interested in reading about homeopathy from a Medical Doctor who became a homeopath, a local colleague with whom I've shared clients. He is not only celebrated worldwide within the profession, he is also an esteemed author. http://www.billgrayhomeopathy.com/Homeop...

Only a homeopath certified in classical homeopathy has the qualifications and experience to answer each of your questions - which I've already done in several categories, so will not repeat myself here.
